Beamiza Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Beamiza ("we") for the use of Beamiza. By creating an account you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
1. Who can use Beamiza
You must be at least 18 years old. You must give your real date of birth. Accounts of people under 18 are closed. One person may hold one account, and you are responsible for what happens on it.
2. Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, show and transmit it inside Beamiza while your account exists, so that the service works. Live rooms are public unless you choose otherwise.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. The Community Guidelines list what is not allowed. We filter chat automatically, every user can report and block any other user from their profile, a direct message, a live room or a seat, and we review reports. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and, where needed, removing the user. Content that sexualises minors is removed at once, the account is banned, and we report it to the authorities.
4. Coins, gifts, Stars and diamonds
- Coins are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use in-app features such as gifts. Coins are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not refundable, except where the law or the app store's refund rules require a refund.
- Gifts sent with coins are final once delivered.
- Stars are a free in-app balance used only for games. Stars cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for coins, money or anything of value.
- Diamonds are what hosts receive from gifts. Diamonds are not money. A host may ask to cash out diamonds. Every withdrawal is reviewed by us, requires identity verification (KYC), and is paid after the platform commission shown in the app at the time of the request. We may hold or refuse a withdrawal that is linked to fraud, chargebacks, abuse or a breach of these terms.
- Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and follow their terms.
5. Reporting illegal content (EU Digital Services Act)
- Notice: anyone can report illegal content in the app (Report, then choose a reason, including "Illegal content" and "Child safety") or by email to abuse@beamiza.com. Please say where the content is and why you think it is illegal.
- Our decision: we review notices without undue delay and tell the person who reported it what we decided.
- Statement of reasons: when we remove your content or restrict your account, we tell you what we did, why, which rule it breaks, and whether automated tools were involved.
- Appeal: you can contest any moderation decision within 6 months by email to abuse@beamiza.com. A person who was not involved in the first decision reviews it. You may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to court.
- As a micro-enterprise, we are exempt from some Digital Services Act obligations (for example, transparency reporting under Art. 15 and Art. 24). Your rights to report, to a statement of reasons and to appeal are not affected.
6. Suspension and termination
We may remove content, mute, eject or ban users from rooms, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, with a statement of reasons. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account > Delete account. Unused coins are lost when an account is deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Service changes and availability
The service is provided as it is. We may change or stop features. We aim for the service to be available and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage.
9. Law and disputes
Polish law applies, without taking away the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue. If you do not accept, you can delete your account.

13. Private messages between consenting adults
- In a private one-to-one chat, two adults can choose to share sensitive media (including nudity) without any automatic image check and without blurring: photos and videos in that chat are not sent to any classifier and no result is stored. This applies only when both of you have confirmed you are 18 or older, both have switched on "Allow sensitive media in private messages" in Settings, and you either follow each other or have both chosen "Trust this chat". It is off by default, and either of you can switch it off at any time.
- What always stays on, even then, because the law and the app stores require it: protection of minors (the option exists only while both of you are confirmed adults, and it ends at once if either account is reported as under 18 or loses its age confirmation; media already shared is then blurred again); your right to report any message, which sends it to our safety team with a secure copy kept as evidence (reports of child abuse are handled first, under our Child Safety Standards); blocking, which also ends the trust; and action against violent content and intimate images shared without consent when they are reported. Where our network provider supports it, media is also matched against lists of known child-abuse images.
- Outside a trusted chat, photos and videos from people you do not follow are blurred until you tap them. Nobody at Beamiza looks at nudity in private messages unless you report it. Other serious harms that our automatic checks find in private messages outside a trusted chat, such as graphic violence or self-harm, may be reviewed by our safety team.
- Public content (posts, reels, stories, lives, profile photos and captions) is always moderated, and nudity there is not allowed.
- Sharing someone's intimate images without their consent, or any sexual content involving anyone under 18, is a crime and leads to a permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
